i just rebuilt the top end of my motor with vortec heads and manifold, but now when im driving if you give it throttle past about 3000 rpm all power drops and the engine wont rev unless you let off, it just hangs at that rpm . i dopped my base timing from 10 degrees to 6 degrees with no diference and im running 94 octan fuel. any ideas are appreciated
