Does this sounds like a Dead 02 Sensor?

Ok, i just wanna get some opinions before i go and accuse the wrong part of crapping out. On My daily drive to skewl (community college for now, 4 year later), i go about 5 minutes through town, then after about 4 miles on the interstate my check engine light comes on and stays on till i shut 'er down. Same result after a while around town or any time on the highway. I can almost predict within a few minutes when the CE light comes on now. It runs perfectly fine, and absolutely no change with the light on. If the light wasn't hooked up i'd never know something was up. Its done this the whole 2 months i've owned the car. The previous owner 'hinted' to a buddy of mine it might need an 02 sensor, do these sound like the symptoms of a dead one? Thanks in advance

Hard,

It would be very easy to scan the DTCs and find out what sensor it screaming for attention.

Check this file for instructions and decoding the error number:

GM Error Codes.pdf.

You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open/view/print the guide. (See below)
