about a month ago my speedometer stoped working until i drive for about 10-20 minutes, then when the carsa all warmed up it starts to worka gain

 

Have you checked the wires for the vss where it hooks to the transmission? Sounds like a wiring issue to me.

I had this same exact problem. It turned out that the gear on the VSS was worn, so it would just spin in place, causing the speedo no to get a signal. After a little while, it would heat up and cause to expand a little, then start working. I had to replace the VSS to get it to work right. Does your odometer move? Mine didnt until I changed the VSS. Damn 50 dollar part.

 

Or a worn gear issue.
