WTF is wrong with my engine.....arrrgghhh
I'm also not to crazy about your plugs. I've heard people say that their car ran worst with Bosh platnums. Also GM says the LS1 plugs should be gaped at .060. You may be able to get away with something smaller but I think .035 is too small and could cause probems as well. Specially in the upper RPMs.

If he doesn't have the equipment, then it's off to the boards..
I'm going to check the fuel injectors sometime this week hopefully and make sure they aren't leaking or clogged.......
So I took it to get the Engine Codes pulled.........
I'll post the results later
On and Firestone refused to work on my car because it had a stock 1999 camaro engine in it, and he didn't feel comfortable

Unfortunatly General Maintainence of the car was not in the contract, that kinda rests upon my shoulders.......
Anyhow, Firestone said they won't touch the car because it doesn't have the original engine....
.....So no success there, looks like i might have to take it to the dealership and get this done there since they might be more helpfulI think i've narrowed it down to fuel problem or O2 sensors needing to be BRAND NEW.......
I would put better plugs with a correct gap on there before dishing out $150 on new O2s. Specially since the O2's were working fine. I don't think its common for a LS1 to have leaky injectors specially since I don't think they were removed but you might have a fuel pressure problem. I don't know if they reused your old fuel lines. I think you should redo your plugs first.

omg, please don't take your car to firestone!
That place loves to rip people off, I know almost 10 people all in different parts of Houston N, NW, S, NE, W that have all either got screwed by firestone or almost, but prevented it... just a thought. lol
Hope it all works out, I'm sure you miss driving it...

Do today, I went out and let the car run, while i was watching the fuel pressure gauge and also pulling on the throttle...
Underneath nearly WOT, The car's fuel pressure can drop to as low as 40psi, when at idle it's at 60psi
I think i found the problem of the sputtering, since it's not getting enough fuel, now what's causing this?

, well i know it's not the 92 fuel pump and Roy installed a stock fuel pump for a 4th gen, but doesn't know what year........I got the rich problem fixed...... :hail: :hail:
Turns out one of the 02 Sensor wiring had become grounded out and was sending ZERO mw voltage to the computer which in turned increased fuel to the engine
Get this, the engine had increased fuel to the passeneger side bank by 51%, yes 51% increase of fuel to the engine
As far as the drop in fuel pressure, haven't got that one fixed since i'll change the pump myself once i return to Florida.....
Could clogged fuel lines be to blame?
