Wake up one morning, tranny shifts softs-(New rebuild)

Well I just had my tranny rebuilt with the vette servo, shift kit, and hi po clutches. I am running a 2500 stall converter. I woke up this morning and instead of breaking my neck like it usually does it shifts soft. I also notice a lowered idle, lots of vibration, and a weird pounding noise from my tranny. I checked fluid level and it is fine. I also checked my throttle brackets and they look fine. What would cause this sudden loss of shifting firmly? It feels as if its stalling later, and there isnt nearly as much line pressure, please help.

Your torque converter could be going out. Does it rev up in-between gears a little? Before my old tranny went south, it would granny shift and rev up a few hundred rpm between gears. That is caused by the torque converter slipping. Check your fluid again and see if it looks brown instead of red. If its brown, then the TC is slipping and burning the fluid.
