Hmm, argh. I had to memorize this for Power Mech last year... I think it's:

Bore Dia^2 * stroke * # of cylinders * .7854

Better get someone to confirm that though.

.25*Pi*bore*bore*stroke*#cylinders

or

.7854*bore*bore*stroke*#cylinders

The .7854 is just Pi*.25

Axle/Gears: 9-bolt, 3.27
Or, the volume of one cylinder is found with "pi 'r' squared" multiplied by the stroke. For a 350 that is (2^2 * 3.1419)*3.48 Then multiply by the number of cylinders.

therefore......2*2*3.1419*3.48*8

Working on:
'84 Z28 LG4 305 with 200,000 original miles!
Added dual elec fans.
145 MPH IROC Speedo
Building 430 HP 350 (ZZ430)
using primarily GMPP parts.
Short block sitting on a stand. (Man, those Fast-Burn heads sitting on it look good!)

Starting to look like the Kicker poster child!
