Air out of TBI system Hesitation HELP

I started having bad hesitation problems the other day. Now I cant get my car past 2500 rpm. When i give it full throttle, it sounds real deep, it blows air and fuel vapor out of the throttle body, and it wont go past 2500rpm. No codes, it smells rich, plugs are black. Ive notice a fuekl smell. Could the cat be clogged. Could this happen pretty quickly. Please Help!

It sure sounds like a plugged exhaust, and the cat is the most likely.
