This morning I tried to start my car and all that happened was it kept turning over and over. I came home later and tried to start it and nothing fired. Later on I tried again and like a miracle it started. Then I shut it off. Tried to start it again and nothing. So I changed my cap and rotor. This was no help. The coil wire sparks when off the coil. I can hear the fuel pump humming so what could it be?

does it alyways get spark? and not just from the coil but to the plugs?? if it always gets spark its most likely gotta be fuel related. the pump buzzes, but is it getting fuel to each cylendar?? how was it runnign before all this? throwing any codes at all? maybe a horrible vac leak, but the only way I can see that happening overnight is if you oveaheated it and warped something last time you drove it. if you are gettign spark intermittantly, then test or replace the ign module. this kind of stuff sucks, good luck

no spark? ignition module.

take it down to a parts place and have them test it
