Do I need a new FPR
Do I need a new FPR
Ok heres the deal my car is not starting thought it was coil and stuff like that but everything seems to be working bought a new gauge to test fuel pressure fuel pressure low at schrader valve but climbes to 40 psi checked fuel filter it was fine. Checked lines at the intake great flow there. But still low pressure at the schrader valve so is my FPR shot please help...
yes it does but it seems to no fire just put new coil, cap, rotor, wires, control module, fuel filter, fuel pump, in last spring just ordered new MSD coil, cap, rotor, wires today. It cranks but just not firing up.

If you're sure you have spark through each plug, and in correct time, might be worth a look to see if the injectors are firing.
This is TPI, right? First check the INJ 1 and INJ2 fuses in the fuse block, verify volatage at the injectors, then while it's cranking, verify the voltage pulses on and off, noid light is cool, but should be able to see the transition with a test light (although I haven't had the need to try it).
ONe side of th injector gets power all the time, the other side is grounded though the ECM's QD's.
There's still some other ignition components that cause no spark, or mis timed spark, so don't just stick to the fuel system.
