odd leak need help please

ok heres the story

i have a leak, its comming from the ac delete box i dont know how or why but it only does it during the first 10-15 mins of the car being on. if i start up let warm up for a min drive to gas station 4 mins away its driping. like drip drip maybe a drop every 5 secs its water (im running water in colant system with water wetter). it will drip at the gas station then if i goto store and come home park look under the car its not driping wtf!

my engine doesnt get hot runs between 150-170*

i just replaced heater core in april let engien run made sure it didnt leak. so i figured its around that area so i checked my rug on my passenger side it was dry around where heat core used to leak but rug was wet at the bottom because of front windsheid corner leak. down the plastic trip to the rug

it has been doing this for maybe 2 weeks i dont look everyday just every few days wondering wtf it is

i attached a picture of kanuks engine i found on this site showing right where the leak is its comming from the ac delete box and running down the inch or 2 of firewall in the back and then driping

i was going to post this is cooling but its not a cooling issue its a leaking issue
