Transmission: 350 Turbo

Axle/Gears: 2.73

Motor Build Up

I just bought a 75 350 and i want to build a streetadle 400-500 hp motor. I have a 3,000 budget not including machine work. Is there any blueprints out there to tell me what parts work best toghter to make the best power possible. Any help would be greatly apperciated. Im open to any ideas at this time.
