Solid Roller Question

Thinking of converting to a solid roller from my ZZ-409 hydraulic roller. What changes would be neccessary to convert? New shortblock is going in soon, so now's the time to do it if I'm going to.

Also..... pros and cons? I know you can rev a solid quite a bit higher. They usually make more power. I also know the valves need adjusted rather frequently on a solid roller.

Rest of the combo are 355 ZZ4, forged pistons, forged steel crank, Crower rods.

TIA

I dont have a lot of info that's specific to sbc solid roller setups, but I'm planning on getting one.
Guys say that it's a pain to adjust them... as if you have to readjust them every weekend or something like that.
I've had a few solid flat tappet motors and the adjustments weren't that big a deal. I'd usually do it at oil change time.

Something to keep in mind, you don't hear the guys that are running them complaining about how bad they are.
