Broken/Weak Valve Spring Symptoms
What are the symptoms of broken/weak valve springs?
I understand valve float at upper rpm for weak springs is common.
Would a broken spring cause the tune to go out the window, and would it necessarily have mechanical noise?

You'd have issues with a broken valve spring...like a dropped valve into the chamber which would make a lot of noise.
