Im loooking to give my car a little extra power. im look to do several improvement so i guess where do i need to start at 91 camaro RS 305 auto i don't what my check engine light to come out so help me out.
Here are a few things i plan to do
1) Change aircleaner to open element (remove the factory set up.
2) tbi add a spacer and change jets.
3)add headers i like to stay in the $150-$200)which kind?
4)add a performance chip which kind guys?
5) also if i remove the crap on the passager side the air pump.
Will any of this give me a check engine light come on.
Please guys need some input only have about 400 dollars to spend.

Check engine light, probably code 32 egr BS!

400$ is kinda a tight budget unless you can do the work yourself. I would say get the headdres "any kind that fit" that will probably take you budget down quite a bit.
I would recomend instead of the stuff you posted get a nice crane compucam with more duration than stock.

As far as emmisions crap goes if you can cut the cat off go for it that will increase you power. the smog pump will not through a code as long as you dont get to carred away with wire hacking.
