Awh,damn!!!!!!

I keep getting a code 44 which is a lean exhaust. My 8 plugs were just changed & the tips of the plugs were all white. It looked like they were dumped in a bowl of flour! Do anyone know what this could be?
thanx

Water in the tank, a poorly grounded O2 sensor, bad fuel filter, exhaust leaks and a few others can all cause a lean condition.
