Difficult getting heads back on

Any of you have any problem just trying to get your heads over those 2 dowels on the block? I was out there forever trying, but couldn't get it. *** i hope i don't have a warped block.....

They're supposed to be a tight fit.

Put them where they go; have a helper hold them there if necessary; and use the 2 medium length bolts to GENTLY draw the head on over the dowels. They should go on with less than 20 ft-lbs on the bolts.
