L69 moisture from exhaust

Axle/Gears: 3.23 and 3.27 posi
L69 moisture from exhaust
A lot of moisture comes out of my L69's exhaust. I am also getting crappy mileage leading me to believe that this could be unburnt fuel. Anyone ever hear of this problem?
