Voltage Meter Drops!!
When my headlights are on and I turn the wheel, my volt meter drops below 13 and I hear a squeeling sound. I replaced my belt that goes around the water pump, crank and power steering and when I did the car started charging right away. The old belt had a couple missing teeth on it, that belt was fairly new. Now it appears that this belt might be going bad now because it's not charging that well at times. But this mainly occurs when I have my lights on and turn the wheel. Could this all be do to the fact the pulleys aren't aligned right. From what I can tell they are aligned right, but could a small misalignment cause a squeel at times.

Belt squeal is generally due to loose belts... Seems reasonable. If your voltage drops below 13 at idle, don't be too surprised, with the headlights on, at idle, my volt gage will generally sit around 12.5... The electrical systems in these cars were not the best.....
