Stumble/miss at 1700-2000rpm

Hey Folks..

Ran Snap-On scanner on the car can't find any trouble codes, etc. Here's what I've changed so far with no remedy. O2 Sensor, Coolant Temp Sensor, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, module inside the distributor. I haven't changed the pick-up in the distributor or the coil yet. Anyway, going down the road under a light load (like almost coasting but still on the gas a tiny bit) the car will skip and the tach will jump when I'm at about 1700-2000 rpm. What could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
