You can go as Much as .040 Over, I think. Maybe .060, but someone else will have to verify that. But Overboreing To gain Power is really Quite Foolish. the 2-3 CI gained it is no where worth it, and over all Not going to make any more power.


As far as unshrouding the valves, That all depends on the Head. If you mean a Conjunction Of Boreing out the cylinders, So you can open up the heads more, to allow less shrounding and bigger valves without getting valve to cylinder wall clearance problems that the 305 is notorious for...


Well, You would be Spending alot of time and Money on a 305, without a lot of result.

Get a 350. AS much as I hate to say it.

i think you might want to remove metal in the chamber to unshroud the valves not the block.
