what do i need to do to make my car last 1800 mile trip to Texas?

hey guys... i own an 86 iroc-z with a lb9 305 tpi engine with ruffly 65xxx miles on it. any way i live in upstate ny and in january i will be moving to texas, so i have ruffly 4-5 months now that my car is off the road for winter to get it ready for the long hall.
i need to know what i should do to help my car live through this 1800 mile trip and not leave me stranded in the middle of know ware. as of now the car runs decently but i want to do a good tune up before i leave...

things i have thought of to do or already did:

new radiater (done)
new fan (Done)
rebuilt cap and roter
plugs and wires (done)
air filters (done)
oil change(done)
feul filter (done)
coolent temp sensor(done)
new to me used tranny with 70xxxmiles on it (done) (700r4)
tranny filter (done)
new engine belts
new break pads
lightly used new to me tires (mine are all pretty bald "16 in")

what else is there to do to my baby to make it to texas wich will be litteraly a 1800 mile one way trip, also i live in upstate ny so ill be driving out of winter and back into summer weather. what kinds of things have you guys had go wrong with your cars on high mile trips that i should look into?

also one more question ... my car has 4 wheel disc breaks with a 323 posi rear, should i do a fluid change or leave it?

thanx for all the help guys...

Radiator and heater hoses.

"rebuilt cap and roter" - not sure what that is. They're usually just replaced.

Change the gear lube in the diff. It probably hasn't been done.

Change the oil & filter just before you leave.

Listen to weather forecasts and road reports in your path for the upcoming few days.

make sure to have your battery and charging system tested to make sure everything is working at full potential.

If thats all the confidence you have in the car for a 1800 mile trip, just tow it. If its going to crap out on you, it just might do around town or on a trip. If it was maintained why worry.
