RTV oil pan gasket on one piece rear seal cars?

Transmission: 700R4
RTV oil pan gasket on one piece rear seal cars?
i have my engine on my engine stand right now, just wondering if i should RTV the gasket to the block or oil pan?
i'll be RTV'ing the bolts, of course, but what about the pan?

i use permatex high tack on the block to hold everything in place and ultracopper or ultragrey on the pan, very light coat. if you use nothing i'm sure it'd work too.
