Cam Suggestions???

I am looking to put a new cam into my LG4, but can't come to decision on which one to get. I am looking for a good amount of low-end torque, and a mild idle. I am going to put a dual exhaust system on my car, and I have a new Weiand stealth intake to put on once I get the cam in. I am looking at Competition Cams and Lunati right now, but I am willing to look at anything.

i'd say a good choice would be comp cam's no. 12-231-2. it has a 111 lobe separation with 206 and 214 at .050 duration. lift is .432 and .453 lift with 1.5 ratio rockers.

Zippy's suggestion is a good one. That or one close to it (there are dozens) would do you well.

224* of duration for an LG4????? That would be just a bit extreme, even for some L98s. I agree with the suggestion Zippy made. If you want some more upper RPM power you can look into some 1.6 rockers for that cam, at least on the exhaust side.

What do you guys think about lunati cam 00016 it is a single-pattern cam with 218* @.050" .458 lift and 110 lobe seperation.

LG4, naw 110 is a bit much.
Heres one that I think looks better than the "comp magnum 224@.50 <-- all my cars and my truck have this cam and I recomend it "305, 350, 355" But heres the numbers off a melling that this guy told me about and it looks better than the comp and you can get it at autozone.
