car wont start
Alright, well I just put a new 350 in my car about a month ago and I have been having small problems here and there ever since I bought it. Well about a week ago I was having a problem where the car would crank and crank and crank but wouldnt start and that turned out to be the ignition module. Well I replaced that and the car started up, but ran like total crap so I turned the car off and found that I mixed up two of my spark plug wires. So I swapped them and went to turn it over and I just heard a clicking sound like the one you here when you have a bad connection so I charged my battery and check to make sure all my conncetions were tight and tried again this time it would click a few times and weakly try to start. So I took the starter off and had it tested and it came back bad. So I got a new one and put it on today and its doing the same thing. I check all my connections and replaced my battery cables and it still is doing it. Also the new starter came with shims do you think I need to put use them and that is my prob or what? Another problem I noticed is that I can barely turn my egine over by hand, I check my flexplate and it looks normal(all the teeth are there). What do you guys think it is? Do you think I was given a bad starter? I appreciatte any help I can get.

UPDATE!!!
Well I had the starter checked and it came back fine so thats not the problem. I checked all of the wiring and its fine. Its acting like the battery is weak so i swapped in another battery out my g/f's T/A(which starts fine) and it did the same thing. Its almost as if the starter is to weak to turn over the engine, like maybe I need a high torque starter, but its been turning the engine over fine for a month so why would it not be now? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!

Sounds like a bad cable to the starter to me. The positive terminal goes to the starter solenoid, the negative goes to ground. Check for corrosion near the battery.
