Well, for one thing, there was never a " '67 truck 350"... they were only in Camaros that year.

Looks like a money pig to me. The HP rating is near believable... He claims to have the Edelbrock RPM "package" which Edelbrocks rates at 420HP behind a 350 so its possibly hes in the 450'ish range with that motor.
"needs new rings and bearings to freshen it up" - bingo, somethings broke. He conviently removed the MSD box and coil so it wont run, probably because its a bug sprayer and he doesnt want someone to be able to fire it up before buying. Doesnt it make sense that if you're selling a car you'd atleast spend a few bucks and an hours time installing the ignition stuff needed to run? You'd raise the value of the car consideribly ...unless, you have more to hide.

Well somebody already bought it, and paid too much for it. SO it's a moot point now.
But for future reference, there's alot of "code words" that used car sellers use, to try to conceal or at least sugar-coat their POSs. It would pay dividends, as a used car buyer, to learn to spot those. Things like:
"Motor came out of a Vette": I got this block from one of my buds, who stole it out of a Blazer he found rolled over down in the ravine; and I found the heads in Uncle Curtis's garage, and they fit; but hey, they put 350s in Vettes, didn't they?
"Project car": Every possible piece is broken, worn out, missing, replaced with a wrong one, or rusted beyond recognition
"Bottom end could use freshening up": Rod is sticking through pan
"Could use rings": County hires it to fog for mosquitoes
"Well maintained": Fixed just enough stuff to get it to run so I could unload it
"Needs a tune-up": Has never had one, in 200,000 miles
"86 RS {model that doesn't exist} converted to IROC-Z {impossible ... stickers don't "convert" a car} after accident": I don't think I have to explain what this one means.
You get the point.
The picture was a clue. When you see a car for sale with 18" tall weeds around it, it's a hint, that the car hasn't moved in A WHILE.
Personally, looks to me like he got about $1500 more than what the car was worth, except for parting it out. This guy devalued a bunch of good parts by associating them with that car.

Hell, its in better shape then my car was when I got it.
Look at that, it has an interior, its not packed with old garbage inside, and the tires still have air in them. And its in near *mint* condition compared to the trash I drive.
