I have a tap at 3K and up. I replaced the lifters (5 had no bounce)with warranty ones (Fed Mogel) and they all had no bounce. While I was there I put on 1.6 stamped steel rocker arms. I have Torquer heads. When I got it all back together and adjusted the valves (no lash, no push rod turn, then 1/2 turn)the tap remained. With a stethiscope it sounds like its right under the valve cover. Any idea's other than valve adjustment? Anyone got a better idea on how to adjust the valves?
