L98 Cylinder Head Flow Numbers

I was wondering if someone can list the flow numbers for my stock L98 iron heads? From .100 to .600 lift. Also, how drastically can a mild port and polish job change the numbers? I just need and idea of what numbers I can expect so I can plug stuff into desktop dyno. Thanks.
