Engine bogging under heavy load

Alright if I floor the camaro from a dead stop suddenly it pours out black smoke and slowly climbs..........I think it just has too much fuel period, anything I should do ?

Axle/Gears: Economy gears..once again, WHY?!?
check out the carbuerator fourm. Lots of useful helpfull info there. Anyway, id start by checking the choke on your car.
