Weird clicking sound

I get a weird clicking sound when i accelerate.can here a little with windows up.all the time when window down.sounds like it is coming from drivers side. please help

maybe a rock in your tires or a nail. Hope not. Chek the bushings on the suspension. Chek the centercaps too
