quick ? about main bearings

Engine: L98 5.7L TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 323's
quick ? about main bearings
seems as though i am going to have to disassemble the whole block, so for torque and reverse torque issues, apparently my "#5" bearing is my thrust bearing, so i'm assuming that is the 5th bearing from the front, meaning the last one? thanks once again.

yes #5 or the last main is the thrust bearing
