Could AC and AIR delete cause Check Engine Light?
Just as the post says. I tried to check the codes my self by grounding the diagnostic thing (cant remember that name) under the drivers dash. I know that there is a certain number of flashes followed by a pause and more flashes to indicate what the code is. I have one of those 4 inch shop manuals that explains what all the flashes mean. But when I do it it flashes and does not stop, there are not pauses or anything. If someone could help me out. Thanks

A.I.R. and/or AC delete shouldn't set a trouble code.

Come to think of it, A.I.R. delete on a TPI system could set O2 codes under certain operating conditions, although you'll probably hear plenty of people say, "I deleted A.I.R. from my TPI, hasn't set a code yet."
