I made a homemade intake setup and i cant get my maf to work into that so what are the potential problems if i dont use it?

I run my car without the maf as I need a new set of relays. As far as I have been able to find out, running it without the maf will just cause the computer to use settings from the chip and judge from readings gained by the O2 sensor.

It hasn't caused my car any problems.

You will run richer and you will get bad gas miliege.The computer goes to preset factory data if the maf is not hooked up.use the maf you'll get better peformance and miliege
