Indexing plugs WORTH it or NOT?
I am currently running Bosch +4 and tomorrow I will be changing plugs to AC Delco stock replacement.
1. Should I spend the extra time and index them or not to bother?
2. Do our cars come with some type of factory spark amplifire? This one salesman told me that they do?
PS. I will be upgrading my ingition and buying a HP coil soon.
Thanks.

I have indexed my plugs before. It's a lot of work and I'm not sure If I gained anything. I think it's more important for higher horse applications though I firmly believe in the "every little bit helps" philosophy.
Spark booster? Never heard of it. You should have the standard GM HEI ingnition. Maybe he's talking about a resistor type plug for radio noise suppression.
Also MSD says you should not run platinum plugs with their boxes.

Good idea Norm. I like that. Gonna have to give it a try. Did you notice any difference when you did that? Or have you done that?

Doesn't a cut plug wear down faster than an untouched plug?
I indexed my plugs once... no idea if it gave me that 1 HP or not, so now I just eat a lighter lunch & don't index the plugs.

If you get up around 600 plus HP, it might help. Or, if you are running some type of boost. In a typical street engine you won't gain anything. Cutting the plugs will just decrease life.
