Should come right up. Some get stuck to the point that people have to pop it out from the oil pan side, or just maul it and get a new one. Some can be tricky, others can be really easy.
You have unbolted it from the block/manifold right?

Its easier to push it out of the car from underneath the car if you already have the car jacked up. When I did headers on my L03, I couldn't take the dipstick tube out for the life of me (Yes the bolt was off). I had the wiggle it and rotate it back and forth while pushing it up from underneath. I spent well over an hour and a half trying to get it out without bending the crap out of it. If it were to happen to me now, I wouldn't worry about bending it and just buy a new one anyway.
Whats funny is that since I put it in, I have the opposite problem. The tube pulls right out when I pull the dipstick. Now its too loose.
