Resistor value for MAT ?

What is the resistance that should be used in place of the MAT? I am getting a code 25 from the computer, so as a temporary fix to see if the circuit is ok, I plan to run a resistor. Ive seen some people claim 4.7k ohm and others claim 7.5k ohm for a 58* reading. Can anyone clear it up?

Scroll down a bit to see the MAT resistance chart, hope this helps...
