I got something like $400 after all my other bills are paid. What is the best way to get proformance with this money? Already have 2 1/2 header back exahust, gutted cat, ws6 with new poly bushings, stock 700r4 (thanks to IROCKID ) and aero package on my 84 Trans Am. Looking at summit's intake/carb/cam packages, headers, heads? Gotta try to keep it legal but that can be circumvented .best bets? All suggestions greatly appericated!

Take that $400 and put it in the "Supercharger Fund."

Supercharger might work well with new headers, though =p

 

You should give the $400 to me. BY not having it in your pocket will make you lighter when running your car at the track. Not much lighter but every little helps.

 

donate to the Anthony need to get the slow LO3 out of his Camaro fund..

step up to a 3" exhaust and spend the extra change on whatever you want.

Yeah, I guess that might help you guys help me huh... It's the l69 305 h.o. For the most part I think that the guy that bought it origanily got almost every package he could. I'll have to dig up the rpo sheet but I know its gotta lot of the at the time goodies.

Supposing you still have to meet emmissions, get a comp cams emmissions legal cam, springs, and lifters, along with an emmissions legal intake (Edelbrock), and new rods and hangers for the carb, and the $400 bucks will show up in the seat of your pants.
