Voltage Gage Problem

Hello
I just changed my Alternator after it was makeing a bearing noise.
Since I changed it my reading on my guage is at about 10. It used to read 13 (or half) any ideas?

The alternator is not charging. Verify connections at output wire on back of alternator, and check the field winding connector as well. (on kinda the side of the alt.)
