help very problematic car need

ok where should i start, it started in march with a faulty distubtor causing timing to be changed constantly, replaced the distrubtor with a brand new one, than took it for a smog test failed miserably, and it was running like crap, so it was running too rich, and too lean, we figured out that there was a misfiring cyl, and the egr valve was stuck closed, after that i changed over the egr valve and i discoverd coolant leaking from the manifold pulled the manifold, had injectors tested and one was dead, and most not working properly, got brand new injectors 24lb accel, put it back together, never started it, now i ended up doing a t-56 swap finished it... and go to start the car, WILL NOT start with the key no cranking, occasional fuel pump priming, it starts with the remote start though, timed it and it is only running of like 6 cyl, and coolant leaks from the china wall now..

so i have no idea where to start, we checked fuel pressure its 40-52PSI, the thick wires inside the console green and purple i just cut and spliced together, last two orange and black i left untouched, btw, i pulled my column when i did the swap.

so how can i check the vacum frrom the manifold, see if its leaking internaly, faulty computer maybe the bad injector could short it out how do i test it? ,

The timing is supposed to fluctuate when the ECM is managing it.

Based on what I saw of your T56 swap, any of the other stuff you touched is a suspected problem.

Could be VATS. I suspect something under the dash. Do the blinkers and headlights and tail-lights all work ?

yea...it does, so what are the thick green and purple wires too, and the black and orange i know you leave unconnected

i have a remote start and if i splice the green and puprple together it should start with remote and key right???

i have no clue though...worked on it today...i found one disconnected vacum line from the brake booster connected that up not too much of a difference, im gonna restab the distrubtor and rematch the wires...start at cyl #1 compression .....

found the coolant leak though...wasnt the china wall or thermostat it was a not clamped all the way on hose....

so any ideas on what to check??
