i just sold my TA about 3 months ago and i miss it so and here the other day i was looking through the classified ads and i found a 88 TA GTA WS6 with throttle body bigger injectors flowmasters elderbrock headers accel coil and wires shift kit and frame connectors with 54,000 miles. Lets just say today i took it for a test drive and i'm in love but the dealer wants 6,000 i think thats a wee-steep although there is quite a few mods and low mileage what you think. I was going to make him a offer of 5,200 and see what he says?????????????/

For that money you can get an LT1 4th gen that probably hasn't been worked over by some talentless hack shadetree.

 

i'd give him 3500 tops if it's the 350 model. if its a 305 i'd give him 3 G's and no more.

ya you guys are right i feel in love with it but in the back of my head i knew better exspecially when i did the homework beifre i went to go look at it and saw that kelly blue book show 3,700 as the highest price loaded, screw it. and by the way i would love to have a 4th gen, but my insurance company says someting else. Insurance companys love a 21 year old male with 2 moving violations. thanks guys
