TPI dual snorkel setup, efficient or adequate?

Just curious, when is it necessary to upgrade from the dual snorkel as far as it being restrictive. I know it will be quite adequate for my setup but im curious what everyone else thinks as far as performance goes? Could it be better? I realize a few people have made aluminum ducts where the fog lights are to suck air from there. Im still not quite sure where it sucks air from because my V6 has that area covered and I just bought a TPI setup but don't have it in my hands yet. Thanks.

I've heard it does not become a resriction untill your making around 400HP, just make sure you cut the bottoms out of it.
