Check Engine Light over 65mph

Car: No 3rd gens now. 1980 TA Pace Car
Check Engine Light over 65mph
Any ideas on this, I would appreciate some suggestions.
Car: 1991 Formula, 5 speed, 305TPI.
Symptom: When I'm cruising on the highway at 65 mph, the check engine
light comes on. If I slow down a bit, it will turn off. Check engine
never comes on when street driving. What Can be causing this? Thanks
