hey guys i just bought some new valve springs and wanted to know if they would work fine on my car. I have the cam in sig and stuill the stock valve springs so im thinkning im getting some valve float in the upper RPM's what i bought was "Edelbrock Sure Seat"
they have a part # 5703... do these sound right for this cam. im not to knowledgable on this subject but i think that to high a seat pressure on a hydralic cam can cause lifters to collapse so thats is why i wanted to make sure. thanks in advance for the help.
Also would these work alright with my current stock rockers... i got some 1.6 aluminum rr's but i guess i need to get my heads machined for fitment.

You got the right ones. Just a little over 100 lbs seat pressure. They're just fine for any kind of mild performance flat tappet cam- hydraulic or mechanical. They are designed for a 1.70" installed height which is what most stock small block Chevy heads take (everything that came stock on 3rd gen Camaros uses that isntalled height, anyway).
NOTE: Your stock heads probably use exhaust valve rotator/retainers. If you continue to use them then just install the springs and put it all back together the same way. If you intend to swap out the exhaust rotator/retainers for standard retainers you will need to put a 1/16" shim under the exhaust valve springs to maintain the correct 1.70" installed height with the standard-type retainers.

Could be, how high or rpm are we talking here? But yes the stock springs now will be limper then..... You can fill in the blank. What cam is that, summit? It is a good idea to replace the stock springs when ever you swap cams even if your putting a stock cam back in.
