Wierd Clicking Noise

I've owned two fuel injected cars in my 19 years of existence, and one carbeurated. I noticed on all the fuel injected cars, there was sort of a clicking noise coming from the intake manifold, and I was just kind of curious what it was. It goes away at higher RPM's, and isnt very loud. I just noticed today in my 1997 formula that it was doing it while I was idling and I didnt know what it was and it dawned on me I might want to know. Thanks a lot!

If it is injector noise, is it from the injectors forcing the fuel through, or is it more of the resistance of the injectors, or what? Is there a way to eliminate the noise, like buying new injectors

the noise is the injectors opening and closing, its not worth replacing your injectors just to make the noise go away, think of it as a good thing that they make noise, cuz it they didnt, theres a problem with them.
