I'm looking at the Crane Compucams for my 305 build but I'm getting a little confused. I am running a stock 700R4 trans, and the car weighs approx 3100lbs. The rearend ratio is 4.10. I am going to be using milled Vortec heads (Does the fact that they are going to be milled to 58 cc affect anything?) so I can't go over .450 lift right? Also I will be using the GMPP Vortec TBI manifold with an '88 Firebird TBI. Basically I'm looking for a cam that will give me some power (and possibly a little more breath at higher revs?) no computer problems and pass the sniffer test. Recommend away guys!
