What timing should I set my RS 87 to?

What timing should I set my RS 87 to?

Hi guys I am having timing done on my 87 RS 2.8 and as far as I understand timing is done by degrees so what it the best (Most HP) setting that I should set my car to?

Engine: 5.7 Tuned Port Injection
Transmission: 700R4 Auto
Axle/Gears: BW 9-Bolt 3.27
Set it to stock and go from there.

Transmission: T5
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt, 3.45
Someone told me to set the base timing at 12* advanced for better throttle response. Stock is 10* advanced i believe. Bear in mind this is base timing, which must be set with the computer advance disconnected.
