BAD Vibration from a stop
BAD Vibration from a stop
I have a bad vibration in the car when starting from a stop. I replaced the tranny mount with an ES poly one already. I have pulled down the tranny and the clutch/pressure plate/flywheel looks fine (no oil/broken clutch springs and the flywheel is not warped or tempered)
Could my motor mounts be the problem?? How do I check to see if they are OK?
I can move the engine by pulling on it without a lot of force, is this bad?
Any help is appreciated!!
Thanks
Dale

Same problem here. New mounts and clutch. Only happens after the car is warm. From a stop, 1st and reverse.

im having the same issue, it isnt exactly from a stop though, its as speed gets higher, i think the flywheel is blued really bad, but motor and tranny mounts play in with this dont they?

My motor mounts were so bad that if I revved the motor, the motor would move. Sound familiar?
