have a bit of a problem

I just installed headers, but i dont think the problem is those.

When i turn or go over a hard bump I can hear a grind noise, but mostly right after i turn. What could be the problem.

Last time I went to get an alignment olsen tire said i have a bad idler arm..could this be causing it? How do i tell which one is bad?

first of all, do your headers hang lower than the manifold did? or are they lower than other parts in the front end? How many miles are on the car? that could be an easy sign of if the idler arms are going.. my grandfathers truck(1990 silverado) had to ahve its idler arms replaced at 45k miles.. but that is probably an extreme example.

car has 92k miles on it. I think olsen tire replace 1 idler arm at 78k miles or so. If you are implying that my headers are scrapping the ground i dont think that is it.
