plugs #3 and #6 keep fouling out after 50 miles

I have replaced the 2 plugs every weekend now.The car has a cold start problem like all ninth injector TPIs.There is a ton of carbon build up on the plugs when i take them out with oily threads.Whats causing this?Blowby, leaky injectors,or bad piston rings? The car smokes really bad on startup but clears after a few seconds.Besides this it runs great.Do you think i will need to rebuild the engine or what?I have new injectors to put in and i am going to have a buddy to program a chip to kill the ninth injector.ANY suggestions are very much appreciated.

Have you looked at the valve guides and seals?

Along those lines, does it give a slight light blue puff at start up after it's been sitting for a while?

Stekman,i wouldnt call it brief.Actually for the 5 seconds it smokes its quite alot.So the valve seals would cause these to foul?I thought since it was only for about 5 seconds everytime its started that it would just burn off.

It does burn off but it will still leave a residue there and over a period of time that residue will contiune to accumulate till it causes a bigger problem.

im interested in whats going on here also. i have pretty much the same problem with a fresh rebuilt motor in my truck. after driving for a bit the #4 plug fouls out and the threads are covered in oil. except mine does not smoke what so ever.
