theres no friction with roller rockers, they make you valvetrain work easier.you probley wont even notice very much difference in power. your better off spending you money on exhaust or somthing

I would look to the Comp Magnum roller tips before a full-trunion alum. rocker, but that's just me. I've seen and heard about many sets failing at 25,000-35,000 miles from fatigue related issues. Simple enough, aluminum does not have the fatigue resistance like that of steel. The Comp Magnums are 8430 or something like that, I believe.

And yes, on a factory cam, you do realize something, albeit not that much, but, perhaps one of the key things is the loss of flexing in the factory rubberized rockers (it's amazing how much they flex when in motion). That makes for a more "consistent" valve train all around; you get the most out of a cam, aftermarket or otherwise.

The performance improvement with a set of roller rockers compared to factory ones feels like when you give your car a tune up.
It's noticably better, but it's not some huge kick in the pants or anything like that.
With a factory cam 1.6s would be a good call.
