My Progress So Far...
this is what ive gotten done so far on my 081 heads. this is just work i did with the carbide burrs i havent used any cartridge rolls yet. hopefully theyll be done soon this is A LOT of work and two trips to the eye doctor to have metal removed from my eyes

Suggest two things.
Goggles
ShopVac
Wear the goggles at all times when using a diegrinder/dremmel.
Get some 1/8th inch rod and bend it appropriately to hold the tube of the shopvac to the port you are grinding on.
Yes, goggles will keep debris out of your eyes, but the vacuum will keep them off of you completely...i/e off your forehead, which you'll wipe with your hand, then touch your eye...

thank you! yup i had safety glasses on and i still got metal in my eye goggles or a sheild would be a lot better.
